Okay, so your sweet new stuff didn’t work out, eh? That’s totally fine, we want you to be stoked on all your new Sugarhigh pieces so if you don’t love it, send it back for Sugarhigh credit within 30 days of receiving the order.

Call or email us with your order number ready, make sure all tags are still in tact and unworn, you pay for the shipping for the item(s) you want to return and then drop it off at your nearest mail carrier. Once we receive the package, you’ll be given credit on your account for future purchases.   

Also, please note, Sugarhigh is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so triple check that info. We also encourage you to handle your new sugar pieces with care, as damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.

Quick review :

- we don't currently cover the cost of return shipping.

- any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.

- received a damaged product or the wrong product? gosh, we're sorry & embarrassed. Please contact us and return within 30 days of receiving. We’re not robots here, mistakes happen but we’ll make sure we take care of it and get you your proper order as soon as possible!

- we're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice, maybe three times!

- please handle your products with care! damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.
